It’s simply because Calamity wasn’t meant to be played in multiplayer. Fixing these issues would require a net code programmer and apparently, those are pretty difficult to come by these days, especially on Terraria mods which are mostly volunteer work besides the small amounts of money earned from patreon.I do know that one of the freezes occurred in the Thorium mod in multiplayer and another in single player when exploring the calamity mod abyss.
