The cylinder was very smooth locking. I was not concerned since Taurus hot 36 rounds through my "new" gun. I finally hit the range. brought 2 boxes of Magtech 454 260grain.At 7 yards the majority of pellets stay on a B-27. At 3 yards it's a nice tidy pattern about the size of a cantaloupe. Although the patterns are of similar size, I can definitely say the longer barrel keeps a tighter group.
