A magical new adventure has unfolded around the Pacific Northwest, and families are going to want to take part in it. One by one, giant troll sculptures have sneaked into our region. One alternative some parents are exploring is a concept called “micro-school.”. While the term has been used to describe small, flexible private schools for middle and high school learners, it’s also being used by two Seattle-area projects that are using distinct models to facilitate tiny, home-based learning centers for younger children.

The club offers a state-licensed before- and after-school program for kids in elementary school. This program is unique in that it includes swimming as well as a homework club and many other stimulating activities.
