One downside is that if you aren’t matched, QuestBridge gives your application to all of their partners, so if you try to go RD and want to revise any of your application, it may be difficult. QuestBridge doesn't make that decision; rather, the schools decide which finalists will be "matched" or accepted via regular decision. If I could make one suggestion for QuestBridge, it would be to provide more essay assistance for applicants accepted as part of the program and, more importantly, applicants who become finalists.
