QuestBridge doesn't make that decision; rather, the schools decide which finalists will be "matched" or accepted via regular decision. If I could make one suggestion for QuestBridge, it would be to provide more essay assistance for applicants accepted as part of the program and, more importantly, applicants who become finalists.
