There are chances to work your way up in the company which depends on where you work and the managers discretion. Planet Fitness is great if it is your second job. However, making it your only full-time income is incredibly risky. For what the standards are and what they ask from employees is a little overbearing. The cleaning is excessive though most of it is necessary and the people that happen to go there sometimes are tedious. Cons. I started in 2013- 2017 and the pay was only $9/hr for overnight. I came back in 2022 and the pay is only $12.50/hr which inlcudes the $1 premium. I only received an extra $0.50 for being bilingual NOT for my actual YEARS of experience with the company.
