The interview is by yourself, you get 30-60 seconds to read a prompt and 90 seconds to record yourself answering the question. It's sort of hard because you don't get to hear yourself it just submits when you're done so make sure you practice!! This has to be submitted before the info session!

I think the idea is that the earlier you send it, the earlier you are complete and can get an interview. Earlier interviews may have a better chance of acceptance.
