Both can be found pretty commonly in the experimental build, while one of them can also be found in the stable one albeit rarely. #2.

When it comes to the rest of the limbs, the soldier wins no contest. 100 hp vs 80/75 for prince/worker respectively. This is especially important for hivers because its hard to armor their arms/legs. Even if you replace all the arms and legs with robotics, the soldier drone is still much better with higher chest/stomach hp.
