Staccato without a doubt would replace a broken frame. I've seen a few reports, although not many at all, of aluminum frames cracking on the C2. (Like 3 videos or posts that I could find). If I recall, I think one cracked around 800 rounds, and the other two were 3000/4000.

I don't think the XC is worth the price tag. You're getting tighter finish and a integrated comp for 2k more than a P or C2. I personally sold my XC and got a P instead and carry a C2 daily. But considering you can get it for 3600 makes it a bit more reasonable. I'd still stick with a C2 just because it's more versatile.

It's basically between the C2 and P, only real difference is half inch of barrel length and a tiny bit in the grip length, but I can't figure with one to pull the trigger on.Changing the recoil spring makes a huge difference. Because the compensator deflects some of the force, you can go a lot lighter and still be quite reliable. I tried a 7 pound spring but it felt sluggish in the return. 8 or 9 pounds is the sweet spot. No reliability issues with any ammo. The P is a four pound trigger.
