So, if you did not randomly find the Common Pax crafting spec before getting past level ? 10 ?, then it is impossible to craft ANY Pax mods. All of this means that non-lethal guns are now nearly non-existent in the game.
I've seen a lot of people annoyed by the loss of non-lethal mods and trying to work out how to do the Cyberpsycho missions with non-lethal post 2.0. Now that I'm used to it I think the new system for non-lethal is actually way cooler and I like it a lot more than the old system of making weapons with mods that just somehow can't kill someone.
