Went to Honda and they quoted 1500 to repair. Well, I went on EBAY and purchased a used latch assembly and it worked, BUT, it somehow fixed the auto open and closed TOO. You might have to break the handle off though. If you want to keep the handle intact, then I would suggest you remove the interior trim and panel and pull down part C with your fingers.
