Both of your mission monsters can be found in s2 level 1-7, 9-3, 9-7 and 9-9. Just google something like "season 2 missions empires and puzzles". They randomly replace enemies. So you want stages with lots of enemies, which usually means lots of waves. And, of course, you want minimal WE use.

The others will also work, in descending order. From Season 2, try 3-4 and 3-8 normal.
