B of a says to call Edd. Edd says to call b of a. Ive been on the phones for 5 hours total since yesterday. And no one gives me a resolution. B of a says they closed it nov 5th due to inactivity. Even though I had 1 payment 11 months ago. EDD says my account/ case was marked as restricted but doesn’t say why, so that might have gotten it closed.
You need to call the EDD prepaid line and get on the call with the fraud department. It took me about 40 minutes of being on the phone. It seems like when I re-authorized by UI they but a hold on the account even though I had been using it off and on for a year. I hope that helps. Just call Bank of America!
