The beauty of a Pyro build is that you're essentially a Dark build with more attunement, INT and FAI investment. Now this does tend to mean a lower amount of STR, DEX and VIT than your usual "I have 3 spell slots because I only need 3 spell slots" Dark build, but your options are still wide and varied: Dagger (In this case, infused with Chaos)
Generally for a Pyromancer I would recommend any weapons with reasonably low STR and DEX requirements that get good scaling when infused. You can infuse that with fire first, and when you levelled up your int and faith, switch to dark or deep. Try to get the parting flame pyromancy glove as soon as you can get into the snow city.
