The 10mm ranges from approximately 550 - 782 ft-lbs of muzzle energy. The 357 is around 500 - 802 ft-lbs while the 41 magnum ranges from around 675 - 1153 ft-lbs. The 41 magnum can be loaded much hotter; I've seen loadings exceeding 1400 ft-lbs, while the 10mm really can't be loaded much hotter.
