My rear windows hardly ever get used and can get stuck on the rubbers. Don't even start to budge. Seems like the motor has gone but it isn't. One time you do get it down, spray some silicon spray onto a rag and give the rubbers a wipe and the top of the window, see if that makes a difference.Dec 17, 2017 · Fuse #18 supplies power to the power window relay energizing coil, as well as the backup lights, cruise control, and ABS control. To get them to come on again, un-lock the passenger window controls. P.S. Happened to me when I first got my car. It freaked me out, until I figured it out...If there was rain the day before and a lot of (road) spray etc, although it's unusual, it's possible that ice formed on the linkage and that can prevent the motor from running. (I agree that there should be some sign of the motor trying.) There could also be a problem with the wiper switch that's temperature sensitive.
