You could connect the Deco in AP mode right to the aux port of the Starlink router. I don’t remember if you can turn off wifi in the Starlink router - pretty sure you can. Only time I used the Starlink supplied router was when I first set the system up. There was an existing disconnected Viasat dish on the roof with no LNB because it was returned when the service was disconnected. It was not an obstruction to the Starlink dish, but it was facing it. I removed the dish and the trouble has mostly cleared.
