Usually when raw oil is coming out the exhaust it means oil is not being burned in the combustion chamber and lead to oil leaking AFTER the combustion chamber i.e. turbo problems. Now if you are low on oil and its blue smoke then 99% its the injector o rings. I traced out the wires on the 1999 F350 I was working on in the thread link below, and have found the wire color coding to match up to other years, up to '01.
