Fill a world completely with soil, nuke the fuck out of it (don’t use tsar bombas, use atomic bombs), and then rain acid on the soil that isn’t wasteland until you get the achievement. Just enable Greg and enable other disasters and wait a long time. It can take hours on sonic speed. Idk if it helps but I used fast spawn aswell as enabling other disasters. Also I made the citizens miserable by spawning Hella monsters constantly.
