I currently have a 2.5in leveling kit and 275/65 r18's, and I am looking to buy some 35/12.5 r18's. I'm just wondering if the 35's could fit. I don't mind doing some trimming or having some minor rubbing but I'm concerned the width may be an issue.

I had 35's on my '04 with a 2 1/2" level and had rubbing until I found wheels that were 8 inches wide with 5 1/2 inches of backspacing. Tires were 315x70x17 BFG AT's. They are pretty cheap and you can get a 34x10.5x17. I have a 2005 F150 2wd with a 2.5inch leveling kit and clear 34in swampers. So if a 2wd will clear im sure a 4x4 will easily. I fit 34.75" tires on my 2013 f150 with a Bilstein level at max setting. No timing at all. No rubbing at all, even at full lock. They were 295 75 R18 on the stock rims. Most leveling kits will tell you what size tires they allow you to fit in the product description. Most 2.5" kits will tell you that you can fit 35's with proper wheels.
