It is located in the engine bay, on the left fender wall outboard of the brake control module and aft of the battery. If that is okay, pull the right kick panel and down low in the opening look for a 22 pin connector (white or light gray). Check the condition of the pins. Power for the blower goes through that connector (Brown wire/Pin A8). Stupid smilies : that is pin A8. You have a bad ground. Your A/C panel and your left turn indicator share the same ground. It is ground G401. It is a splice pack located at the left kick panel. You may have to disassemble the splice pack and clean corrosion from the connectors.
