I have been able to get the VHDL files moved over and they are in their correct positions under the Top file. What is missing is the xci files which were in the Block Design and also in the output generated files.

Because you're on CFW and can't go online, it won't start the updating when putting the 'cart' in for the first time, so you must install it yourself.
