One of the most important parts of a rifle for accuracy is the barrel. Over the past year we have started testing prefit barrels from Shilen , Criterion and Lothar Walther. I’ll go with the Shilen ratchet .850 straight and a length of 24”. I looked at the list of equipment that top competitors are using and Shilen has much more presence than Benchmark.
