Use seppuku if you really want bleed buildup. -put a lot of that dex into arcane, and switch to the Rivers of Blood. RoB and Nagakiba are both great. Nagakiba has crazy length though. At 50 arcane nagakiba with the seppuku buff gets over 107 bleed buildup, and Rivers of Blood gets only 73. Not sure how the nagakiba's skill factors in though.

Found it south from the lake under the ruin where one of his camps is. Never did his quest and just killed shabiri. You get the Nagakiba from the dying body of Yura in the Second Church of Marika before Elenora invades you. The enemy you killed should give you Eleonoras Poleblade.
