I have a 2010 3.9L 9C1 Police Package Impala and it will not start via key. When I turn the key the fuel pump primes the system all lights that should come on do. (no security light). I get a single click from inside fusebox and then all power on the Dashboard goes dead. I have replaced all the relays and fuse in the starting systems.
