Yes, only on one of my ops tho. On one operator it's tracking normal, on another one exfils have stopped tracking (won't go past 7 despite completing contracts during deployment). I was under the impression that 10 (the number of perk slots) would also be the number of perks available in DMZ out of the 20 perks that multiplayer has. Clearly that's not the case then. Also of interest is the fact that the first 4 perks you got are tier 1 perks, the next 4 are tier 2 perks, and the last 2 are tier 3 (ultimate) perks.
