April 8,2005. NEWARK, NJ – Allwood Park & Ride customers now have 150 more reasons to use the commuter lot. NJ TRANSIT has completed the first phase of the lot’s expansion and has brought online 150 new parking spaces. When the project is completed in June, the lot will boast 300 new parking spaces, nearly doubling its capacity to 695 vehicles.
