Fixing the problemIt acts like it's stuck in neutral all the time and all the lights work normally when selecting any of the gear selections. I have to keep the parking brake set so it doesn't roll into the woods or the neighbors house. Neutral light is not on, no check engine light or anything abnormal on the dash.

1) Trans is stuck in 3rd unless I'm moving like 5MPH and shift it from N to 1 then it goes into 1st and can manually shift to 2nd, and shift into Drive. 2) Once I can get up to 65MPH it won't shift into OD unless I let off the gas pedal for second or 2, then it goes into OD. 3) Trans pressure shows a max of 3.8PSI on the Smarty Touch.Ram Year. 2013. I do trust the service manager at this dealership and he definitely knows the lingo and they have mechanics there with big diesel trucks that are tuned and all that so I feel like they know what they're doing.
