I'm almost finished with my Izanagi so I thought I might as well start getting some suggestions about my Magatsu-Izanagi. Use Vorpal Blade (or replace with Primal Force) + Power Charge (and try to get Arms Master onto him). I feel physical might be my best bet. No Persona, other than the later game ones, are worth keeping really. You need to be fusing constantly, once a Persona learns all of its skills (and even before then really) it's time to move on and fuse it off. I stuck it out with my Izanagi and got him to level 99 with all stats at 99.
