I also got a 5150 but mine has the serial number 50434223. The Sticker also says "MFG-LOC-03 00324012 / 2003 93" Nobody was able to date my amp. Peavey customer service seems to be non-existend at the moment in germany, dont know what is going on there.The serial number label on the bottom of the chasis gives two numbers. The first line reads OHIF-0337. Searching this gives me a 1970s date, which is definitely not correct. The second line is 00583640. Searching this brings up a 1980s date, which is also wrong.

The pair consecutive serial numbers are shown below. The newer Wolfgang retains many of exactly the same attributes as its Peavey-built predecessor. Rig I've heard there's really no rhyme or reason to Peavey's serial numbers for dating anyway. Even the red quilt in their original brochure is not a great example.It's probably a 1985 based on the serial number. I've found this serial number to date chart helpful.
