I studied Mksap the entire 3 years but MKSAP is useless for boards although it is excellent for concept building and for you as a clinician. 2 cycles through MKSAP was plenty imo. All of the answer descriptions are excellent so take notes from those. Unless something has changed, the uWorld question bank was not very similar to ABIM question style and the material was too nitpicky for as broad an exam as the ABIM is.
