Kills reduces the cooldown yeah, and 2 kills will also give you invincibility for 1 second. If you build Leech with DPS weapons in mind, you'll never suffer any cooldowns if I'm being honest. You can even go full selfish builds (no inspire, bulletstorm abuse, Commando 101 + Akiimbo Krinkovs) and you'll never die if you always kill.

With leech the ampule is good and all but you still usually end up getting downed when it ends. How are you supposed to use the ampule when armorgating with bullseye is preferable? You still usually run out of hp in like 4-5 hits with the ampule activated, you can get objectives done, sure, but it's just like swansong.

QF+UD gives you enough DR to lose only one chunk of hp rather than two chunks from heavy shots on DS. Skeleton build for Leech on DS is that, movement speed & Bullseye. any akimbo smg is fine, my favorite is Krinkovs though. If you are a shotgun guy definitely akimbo goliaths.

yes. The only time it’s worse is when you forget how to kill enemies; if you actually use your gun it’s the best deck by a lot. It's way better than anarchist but stoic is better than leech. It's pretty much tied with Stoic as the most broken decks in the game (Altough Stoic is probably a little bit better). The weak point about the Team build is that you always take 3 shots before dying. With Leech? Pop one out in the open, have godmode for 10 seconds, have a Leech injector ready as soon as the 10 seconds period is over cause you kill so much and so fast. You also heal your teammates so the build goes to a different level. Payday 2 dodge build that works in the hardest difficulty.
