Yes this has been happening to me constantly. My internet speeds will go from 200mbps, down to 10, down to 0, and then not working at all for ten minutes or so. I spent an hour talking to someone from GCI support, and they wouldn’t even acknowledge that it was happening. All I got was “things look fine from our end.”
