Employment based case? If so, likely means your petition is good and transfer is for other items on the 485. Transfer to nbc is good..now they will transfer to some FO and hopefully you will have adjudication within 3 months.. (mine was transferred from TSC to NBC to FO) and e2e it was about 3 months till card in hand.
