Whirlpool /Maytag washer model MTW5840TW0 works great, except on the drain and spin cycle. The drum starts to spin and the water drains. Once all the water has drained the drum goes out of balance and hits the cabinet. What could be the problem? I'm thinking its the suspension springs, but just by visual inspection they are not broken or rusty.
