Having a problem with a 1996 ford (new holland) 1715 pto Spent some time looking at other posts about similar issues and don't see the same type of problem. * Pto will not stay engaged while using brush hog. * I have owned the tractor about 6 months and run a finish mower and brush hog behind the tractor.So I pulled out the rear bearing seal at the back of the tractor, above the PTO output shaft and gently wiggled the top shaft out. It was extremely painless. The lower PTO output shaft was equally painless. I can get to and removed 4 bearings. They are 2 each NSK 6207 and KOYO 6306.
