You can set each color to black in AlienFX which is off. As I'm typing this I'm remembering there's a function key that has AlienFX written on it, maybe pressing FN+that key turns it off? Check Command center, maybe it broke and needs to be reinstalled, or maybe it just needs the lights to be reset in the program.
