Pit of Heresy dungeon is the absolute best high stat armor farm I've found. For some reason the armor that drops after the final boss has ridiculous spikes and armor is generally around 66-68 overall. The dungeon is overall easy as shit so just wait until it's on the weekly rotation and farm the hell out of it. 1.
