Hello everyone. I am experiencing same thing myself. Leased a Jeep Grand cherokee 2024 anniversary edition 4xe 2 weeks ago. Car went completely dead and had to get it towed. Roadside assistance sucked and was trying to charge me $337. Thankfully the dealership sent a towing company to me.

When the engine first comes on, it will run in series hybrid mode where it idles around 1500 rpm and loads the engine up with the generator to preheat the catalytic converter.
