The 30 and 30SF are the same except for the frame. The 30SF frame will feel better in your hand. The frame on the 30SF and 30S are the same. The 30S uses the Glock 36 slide on the 30SF frame. If you are getting it to use as a range toy then get the 30SF. The heavier slide makes it more comfortable to shoot.
