Thanks to Overboosten I was able to order a $10 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) off of Ebay and it took me about 20 minutes to replace it. Two days later and everything is working as it should.

I should mentioned, the first time it happened, the van was sluggish, I turned it off and restarted it and it seemed better but not perfect.
