rough rider are hit and miss on quality mine seams to have more misfires than the wrangler but part of that is cheap ammo. the wrangler is made much better and seams to be more reliable. i have both and some days i prefer the rough rider over the wrangler as a range toy due to having the extra 22wmr cylinder.

Hello. My gal bought a heritage rough rider 22 and it ftf the very first shot right out of the box. So we kept trying and it was good for about 2 out of the 6 rounds it holds. First we thought maybe I got a box of junk ammo so we loaded a couple mags of the misfires shots into a ruger sr22 and it shot every one with no problem.
