I 94 expired but i 797 is valid.
I-797 - Valid until June 13, 2024. I-94 "admit until" date - July 13, 2023. In other words, I-94 expired, but I-797 is still valid. Obviously, the CBP agent made a mistake in entering the visa expiration date as my I-94 "admit until" date, when he should have entered the I-797 expiration date.
