Fisher plow no power to controller.

Have a first gen electric fisher minute mount plow. When i put it on this year it raised and angled but the pump stuck on. I figured solenoid, si I changed it, but no help, so i said ice, changed fluid, pulled coil packs and cartridges took hoses loose and pushed blade back and forth to purge cylinders.When hitting Lower I just hear a click. The switch should have no affect on the controller float position. My suspicion is the voltage is dropping when the motor kicks on causing the voltage to drop enough for the controller to momentarily shut off, then turn back on once you release the switch.I have a MM2 on a 03 chevy 2500 8.1. I hooked it up and get nothing. The 6 pin connector to the joystick has ground but no power. The red cable from the trucks fuse box has 12v power to where it disappears into Fisher's harness. pats plowing. the fix jumper wire is to prevent the controller wire (thru firewall) from pulling away from the white plastic connector. it is the ignition wire that is being pulled out of the connector especially without the jumper wire as you move the controller it pulls just enough to power off (so i was told).

When controller is plugged in to harness I lose 12v at the twin 10a fuses/power into module. so i thought the controller was shorting something out in the module. Checked power/gnd at 6 pin and all good when not connected. Put a jack under it and once it's up put the transport lock on it. I did this using a jack that took it up 8 inches, high enough to put two 4 X 4 blocks under the plow edge. The jack was placed at the top of the "A" part of the frame and as it went up the center cylinder did not extend out at all.

The module sees a ground when you plug in the grill plugs, then it turns on the controller. I would get the wiring diagrams and start looking for missing voltage.

It should come out 12 " maybe from the plug, locating it under the dash. Usually a fuse tap is used to plug it into the fuse panel but it will have an inline fuse. Also check the light harness connection at the plow. The iirc 9 or 11 pin connector you plug from the truck to the plow. If that one is not plugged in/losing connection you will get the same symptoms as you are describing. Maybe a loose terminal or its getting wet. If the plow isn't connected, the module shouldn't be enabled and the control shouldn't be on. I am just trying to simplify this as much as possible.
