Im thinking it might be a problem with the tv outputting 30hz. Not sure if you ever figured this out, but my PS5 with normal HDMI and a new 4k tv is having major stuttering in this game. Just this game alone may of the other ps4 games work very well on ps5 like days gone, but FF7 remake might be the worst game yet on the new console.
