Hartford has been working for a while testing and installing radios. Today they went to the Statewide P25 Trunked System (CLMRN) using 16410 as the dispatch talkgroup. The Incident Channels are the P25 conventional channels that they have been using. The CLMRN system has dead spots in basements and subfloors, as I am learning testing the system across 70 locations within Montville. Doing some monitoring on out trip, I found a few unknown talkgroups on the CLMRN and Foxwoods NXEDGE system. I cross referenced the wiki here and radio reference and nothing came up for them. For a while the ERVs used the low power 853.9xxx channels along with a couple other 851-4 MHZ NPSPAC channels. Haven't bothered to try to monitor lately.
