Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working.

Drove to work, reinstalled (took out and placed it back) fuse out (as suggested above). Noticed the UCONNECT infotainment system was reseted to maybe the oldest version. I got a box with 2 headphones and 2 remotes from the dealer. The two remotes paired with no issues. Neither pair of headphones work. I'm playing something from the front USB and when I turn on either headphone, the red light comes on and blinks but I don't hear anything. They should be able to state the unit manufacture and if the problem can be corrected. Diamler is a German Firm.
