Update** After removing my SD card and installing directly to the switch then transfer the game to the SD card I'm able to play the games, I had a similar problem with a trusted SD card from Nintendo which had to be formatted several times but what I did seems to be the best troubleshoot to avoid formatting your memory card and losing all saved data etc
