Update 08/22/2020: I FINALLY heard back from Cricut Support. TWO WEEKS it took me to get back to me! They recommended a firmware update. I did that. Did a sheet of Print then Cut stickers. They looked OK. White border around the image always cuts a little more off the further down the sheet I go. I ran another calibration. It calibrated perfectly.
Print then cut calibration. I know the calibration process is a topic that can cause major stress. Here is the calibration sheet downloaded from cricut.com (instead of the app). Is this format accurate where the margins are inconsistent and the largest box is off-center by the approximate dimensions labeled in the photo? I've saved the PDF and have pre-printed calibration sheets NOT FROM THE CALIBRATION PROMPT, but from the Cricut help site that the community showed me! I just unboxed my Cricut today, verified that I had all the compatible equipment, yet it won't calibrate. I printed the Calibration Sheet from Design Space, and it fails almost immediately. The image has the correct size calibration sheet on top, the incorrect sized one behind it. If all your cuts look off, this is why. You can see that the calibration sheet under (the incorrect size) has the lines more towards the left side and raised up higher. The correct sheet is located in the Cricut help website:
