A correction; the current static mod is based on a simplification of the fps++ mod; this allows the usage of any value as an fps target. A day before that simplification-mod was released, I had ported the first version of the 60fps mod as well (which only allowed 60, 30, 20.. targets), but I didn't update that port further - e.g.

In all the games I've played in Yuzu so far I'm getting 1080p 60fps locked with a Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060, doubt that's the minimum for 1080p@60 but can look around those specs to start off. Forget the switch and just upgrade your pc. You could easily make your computer more powerful performance wise than a switch.

below 60 fps u ll go slowmotion with the 60 fps Mod, u should disable it, go Option>General and limit speed to 130-134% then u ll have ur 40 fps without the slow motion wich is still better than the 30fps with it blur, u ll mb even enjoy it with res 2x. but best experience of BOTW should be in cemu with the 4k 60 fps & graphic mods , and u ll have even the buttons of ur xbox or ps controller ...
Gotta be honest buddy, unless you can get the mod in a zip and just drop the contents at the yuzu mod folder, it will be a pain to make it work, specially with BCML and BNP files. For a modded experience go Cemu, BOTW mod support is more robust and you can do some crazy stuff without compromising your sanity.
