Chloranthy is always nice, Old Leo ring is a good supplement to the Rapier. And if you are leveling Dex grabbing the Heide Spear for PvE is a no-brainer. Rapier and Heide Spear are not great for dealing with groups though, so I would keep either a long sword or a bastard sword handy, something with a good horizontal swing. 1.Another very solid option is a health and stamina build built around (eventually) a Raw Santier's Spear.
